Wedding Day Family Photos

On a typical wedding day, family photos will happen immediately following the ceremony. This is definitely the best time to schedule it while all your loved ones are still in one place haha. I’ll be honest, wedding day family photos are hectic.

📝I always encourage my wedding clients to make a list of the family members you’d like in each photo. Try to keep it around 10 photo combinations of the must have family photos from both sides. Make sure you share this list and the wedding photo timeline with everyone involved in the photos. That way they know when and where they need to be.

🗓If you don’t want to minimize your list by that much, than you will either need to schedule an hour or more on your wedding photo timeline, or book an extended family photoshoot on a separate day. But when all is said and done, these will be some of the most cherished photos throughout the years.❤️
