First Look

😍A first look is when you see each other before the ceremony! Why would you want to do that you ask? I have 5 reasons why!

1- You can get all your nerves out in private together and check in with each other. This can help you feel more relaxed the rest of the day and live in the moment to fully enjoy every single second of your wedding day.

2- It does not take away from the moment of walking down the isle at the ceremony. You’ll still have that same experience. That’s not lost. You’ll have two completely different moments. The one when you see each other alone before, and the one when you see each other in front of all your friends and family about to dedicate your lives to each other. A first look can only add to the memories of your special day. 

3- It opens up your timeline allowing you to actually enjoy cocktail hour, and spend more time with all your friends and family. 
The day goes by so quickly, that any extra time you can spend with your special guests is incredibly valuable.

4- You can have the majority of your photos done before the ceremony while your hair and makeup is still fresh and looks it’s best. If you’re one of those women who’s hair doesn’t hold curls for long, or if you’re having an outdoor ceremony on a hot or windy day, your hair and make up may not hold up perfectly. If all of your photos are going to be after that, there’s a chance you won’t look the way you want to in your wedding photos.

5- Your first look photos don’t have to happen particularly close to your ceremony or reception venue. We have time to drive a little farther to get that extra special location and give you even more variety for your wedding photos. Which I always love! ❤️
