Jewelry/extras: Approximately 3-5 business days.
Pre-Ordered a shirt and/or sweater: Approximately 5-7 business days.

Don’t worry! All orders placed in November will arrive in plenty of time for Christmas, even with Standard Shipping!

Shipping Method

• Free Standard Shipping in Canada on orders of $100 and up (YAY!)

• FEDEX Standard Shipping (7-10 business days) OR FEDEX Express Shipping (4-7 business days)

• You will be able to chose shipping options in the dropdown menu when you checkout.

• With Express Shipping, please leave a note with the date you need it by so we can try to get your order to you in time

**If you ordered jewelry/extras ONLY - In approximately 3-5 business days, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation when your items are in the mail!

**If you Pre-Ordered a shirt and/or sweater - Production begins on Dec. 1, 2021. Production time is 5-7 business days followed by your chosen shipping method.

**If you ordered jewelry/extras AND a Pre-Ordered shirt and/or sweater - Your entire order will be shipped as a whole. All items will be shipped together when your shirt and/or sweater have completed production (5-7 business days) and are ready to ship to you.

Policies & Resizing

All sales are final. Items are non-refundable and non-transferable as quantities are limited.

If you require a different shirt or sweater size, please let us know within one week of receiving your order. After one week, you will be subject to current pricing. Shirts or sweaters must be returned in the same perfect condition that they were sent in. Items will not be accepted for resizing if items are returned with the following, but are not limited to; pet hair, smoke, stains, rips, tears, cuts, burns, dirt, paint, etc. Once returned for a different size, and the quality of the item is accepted, your new size will be shipped after a 7 business day production time followed by the FEDEX Standard Shipping. Express shipping is an additional fee at your expense. Thank you for your understanding.
